First, place your feet together with both tights closed tightly. You may place a pen or a towel to help securing the position. 


1. Bring both arms backwards as far as you can. Thinking as if you are waving, shake your arms in that position for 30 seconds.

2. Bring both arms backwards as well and push it upwards as much as you can. Hold it there for 30 seconds.

3. Place both palms together, lift them upwards and hold it there for 30 seconds.

4. With both palms placed together, move them downwards over your heads. Make sure that your arms are place as close as you can to your face instead of having it spread outwards.
